How to make a Japanese Spritz cocktail

Our Mixologist Slava Borisov demonstrates how to make this refreshing cocktail. Here's the recipe:-

Japanese Spritz
- 2 oz Dolin Dry Vermouth, infused with Shiso
- .75 oz of Italicus Liqueur
- 1 oz Junmain Dai Gingo Sake
- 3 oz of Rose Prosecco

Method:
• Combine Vermouth, Italicus Liqueur, Sake together in mixing glass and stir.
• Arrange garnish in wine glass, add ice on top of garnish.
• Strain cocktail and add to glass over ice.
• Top with 3oz of Prosecco, garnish with more floral or herbs

Garnish: Edible herbs or flowers

Glass: White Wine Glass or Larger
